1. Registrar Information and Agreements

   First, establish an account with NeuStar by completing and returning the forms below.
   

   • Registrar Information Form
     You will need to provide business data that will be used to establish your account with the Registry. Please review the instructions and complete all the fields.
   • Instructions: Registrar Information Form
   • Registrar's Registration Agreement
     This is the agreement that the Registrar has with its registered Internet address name holders. It will become a part of the Registry-Registrar Agreement.
   • The Registry-Registrar Agreement (RRA). You will need to return two (2) of these signed original agreements. Please send them to NeuStar, Inc. via postal mail to Registry Customer Support, NeuStar, Inc., 46000 Center Oak Plaza, Sterling, VA (USA) 20166.

   

2. Financial Qualification

   NeuStar does not require Registrars to pay a license fee for the Domain Name Application and Selection Service. This includes the Batch File Transfer kit, the secure batch file transfer client software, utility software and access to the Operational Test & Evaluation (OTE) and production environments.

   To proceed, please review the Credit and Payment Policies and download the Registrar Credit Application.

   Please complete all the fields and return one (1) signed original application to NeuStar Inc. via postal mail to Registry Customer Support, NeuStar, 46000 Center Oak Plaza, Sterling, VA (USA) 20166.
   

   

3. Technical Certification—Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E)

   Each Registrar seeking to become .BIZ-Accredited must conduct a separate certification for Step 2 (Domain Name Application and Name Selection Services) and Step 3 (OARS Live Extensible Registry Protocol, or XRP).

   Implementation of the Secure Batch File Transfer client software and integration to the Registrar front office and back office systems will require a minimal investment of people, software, hardware and network services.

   NOTE: Prior to operation in the Registry for .BIZ OARS Live, you will need to complete a basic functional evaluation to demonstrate full and correct operation of your XRP client systems.

   

4. Business Requirements

   Prior to obtaining access to the production systems for the Registry for .BIZ, you must provide NeuStar with signed copies of the documents listed below:

   • Two (2) signed original copies of the Registry-Registrar Agreement (RRA) identified in Section 1 above
   • One (1) original copy of the Registrar Credit Application identified in Section 2 above
