1. How can I get access to the .BIZ zone file?
   
   Per our ICANN contractual obligations, Neulevel provides access to the .BIZ zone file free of charge. To access the .BIZ Zone file, please do the following:

   .BIZ Zone File Access Via The Web:
   Sign up online via the .BIZ Zone File Distribution web site: https://www.neulevel.biz/zonefile/.

   First time users will have to complete the online sign up form to obtain a User ID and Password.

   Once you have obtained your .BIZ Zone File login information, you may then return to the .BIZ Zone File Distribution web site at any time to download the latest version.

   Please note: Your existing FTP login information will not work on this web site. You must register via the online form to gain access. However, existing FTP users may continue to use the FTP web site to download the .BIZ Zone File until further notice. No new FTP accounts will be created.

2. What is the charter of the NeuLevel Registry?

   The NeuLevel Registry is the exclusive Registry for the .BIZ top-level domain name. As such, it is tasked with providing Registry services to all ICANN-accredited Registrars for the .BIZ top-level domain name.

3. Who are the customers served by the NeuLevel Registry?

   The customers of the NeuLevel Registry are ICANN-accredited .BIZ Registrars who have executed a Registry-Registrar Agreement. Note that, other than Whois, the NeuLevel Registry does not provide direct services to Internet end users.
