  1. What Registrars are eligible to participate in the new round-robin process for the Group 2B domain names?

  2. What is an affected domain name?

  3. Why is the process being changed?

  4. How will the affected domain names be distributed?

  5. What exactly is the Round-Robin Process?

  6. What is NeuLevel doing with the affected .BIZ domain name applications that were originally submitted to NeuLevel by the registrars?

  8. I already applied once for an Affected Name. Do I really have to apply again for the same name?
