which has been adopted by the Internet Corporation for Assigned
Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), will also be incorporated

Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy ("RDRP")
General Information
All ICANN-Accredited Registrars in the .biz top-level domain shall
follow the Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy (referred to as
the "RDRP"). Under the policy, several types of disputes
alleged from a violation of the Restrictions Document (for example,
from a .biz domain name used exclusively for personal noncommercial
use), as set forth in the .biz Registration Restrictions, may be
addressed by expedited administrative proceedings. To invoke the
policy, a third party may submit a complaint to an approved dispute-resolution
service provider.
